Landon at the front desk was very nice and helpful. He was generous with his time and made check-in easy and stress-free. His friendly attitude made my stay better, and I will definitely be coming back
Extremely courteous staff. Best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. Very modern,quiet area. Free breakfast buffet that was delicious. Sliced berries or whole fruits. Hot eggs,sausage, bacon,potatoes, French toast & cinnamon rolls. Breads,begals,cereals + free juice & coffee refills. And they don't run out of food. The pay restaurant is open later in the day & a full bar selection of drinks . There's also an outside patio area with very comfortable padded seats.
This stay was wonderful, especially after the terrible stay we had in another hotel the night before. Staff was very friendly, especially Taylor at the front desk, who was able to let us check in early, and even gave us free breakfast vouchers when I told him about the horrible experience at the other hotel. He also attended to our every need at breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was hot. Bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was good, but not as warm as it could have been, but we also got down there late. Overall a wonderful stay, and we will be back next time we are in the area.
Amazing experience!!! First time staying at this hotel and it was absolutely perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful, everything was spotless and the rooms are cozy and the bed is phenomenal. The breakfast was hot and tasty and I was sad to have to leave.
The room was clean. The staff was TREMENDOUSLY friendly and helpful. I loved it. I travel all over the U.S. and outside the U.S. I think the service at this hotel is one of the best i've ever experienced. In particular, Kenya at the restaurant was phenomenal, and at the front desk, Lou Ann, Taylor and Heather were extremely kind and super accommodating. I will definitely return there to stay. It may become ons of my quiet getaways!
This property is so clean and inviting. The team from the front desk to the restaurant are friendly and engaging. Taylor P. in the restaurant for breakfast is exceptional. His attention and friendliness are way above what Ive experienced at other places.
The rooms here are clean and comfortable - just not a special treat. The coffee is always hot, and the breakfast is to cry for!
We were in town for a hectic business weekend. The service received while at this location was above and beyond our expectations. Specifically in the dining area. Alyssa, Taylor, and Kenya made our visit extra special. Their kindness made a business trip more like home. If ever in the area again we will surely return to this establishment.
